Summer

Don't you just love summer? Shorts, cook outs, and popsicles? Lovely.

Currently, I'm most delighted in my summer gardening. I have red tomatoes that grew from a tiny little plant I bought at Fleet Farm. Ah, the miracle of life! It's amazing.

I'm Back!

It's sad how easy it is to fall away from your blog. :(

But not to worry, I'm back! And isn't it funny that I'm still debating whether or not to cut my hair? Haha. I guess I should just go ahead and do it!

Hair Debate

Oh dear, oh dear. What to do? I can't decide if I want to get my hair cut short or not. I've been growing it out for the past nine months so that I would have enough hair for a gorgeous bridal updo. But now that's over. And my hair is a quite damaged now...the product of an at-home "dramatic" highlighting job gone terribly wrong. Hmmm. But I love having long hair. But maybe I would look cute with short hair. Hmmm....what do you think?

Corn Maze!

Heehee. I love fall! It's full of awesome activities - hiking, pumpkin carving, Halloween, and CORN MAZES! If you haven't been to a corn maze yet, get going! They are so much fun. I love being in a human sized puzzle. I went to one today, completed both the beginner and advanced mazes....and then watched the pumpkin cannon!! Yes, that's right. A pumpkin launcher. It was quite entertaining.

Company!

Yay for company! Some loved ones are driving about three hours to see our new place. I love it when people show that they care. I'm hoping that I can be a gracious hostess....and that this apartment looks and smells clean!

Thank God it's Friday! :D

I've been working all morning on thank you cards for wedding gifts. Whew. What a task. And I even gave my husband half of them to write! But thank you cards are a small price to pay for all of the loving gifts and generosity from our family and friends. Thank you!

Hello Again....

Wow, it's been awhile! Almost a full year. It's sad how life can get away from us. But in my case, it was all for the better. :) Since last October, I've gotten engaged, moved, and gotten married. Currently looking for a job as well.

Ah, life is good. It's pouring rain right now, but I'm feeling like sunshine. Ever have one of those days? I'm so happy I want to lock away this happiness for tomorrow. But that doesn't help anything in the end. You need to live in the present. So, presently, I'm quite happy!
